Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Ensure all equipment is securely packed in its original boxes with all components and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your package back to our main distribution center in the UK.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
